Ready to join our life-saving efforts? Even if you don't want to work directly with the animals in our care, there are lots of areas still in need of help. Check out the online VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and let's see what suits you best.

HCPA runs solely on donations from animal-loving people like you. We have no support from any local or state government. We can accept monetary donations in many ways and any amount is always appreciated. Some of these animals have been here for years and require annual exams, vaccinations, testing, etc. It's a never-ending cycle.
Beyond the daily expenses for care, our animals are fully vetted in preparation for being adopted. Many come to us with medical needs, ranging from a simple fix for mange to gunshot wounds requiring leg amputations. Vet services may be discounted but aren't free.

Foster a Virtual Bestie
Sometimes adopting or fostering is just not an option but you want to help get your favorite bestie adopted. Being a virtual foster is a huge way to help find that great fur-ever home for your online bff. Posting on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms can get these animals adopted and only takes a few minutes a day. Fill out the form below and we can arrange a meeting with your virtual foster in person or via an online meeting.
